A Legacy Of Giving
The Ted Warthen Center Foundation is a tax-exempt non-profit organization recognized under section 501(c3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It was organized and operates exclusively as a charitable organization with the sole purpose of financially assisting individuals diagnosed with a terminal illness who may be in hospice care or the last six months of life. This tax-exempt status means the Ted Warthen Center Foundation is eligible to receive
tax-deductible contributions.

The Application Process
The emotional and psychological impact terminal illness has on family members, friends and relatives can be extremely devastating in many ways.
To assist with financial burdens which usually accompany terminally ill patients, The Ted and Norma H. Warthen Foundation is here to provide qualified applicants with “no strings attached” financial aid.
If you know someone who might benefit from financial assistance, please click on the button below, then complete and submit the application. The Board of Directors will act on it as soon as possible. Thank you for your desire to help others in need.
